Site has a blank screen with the following message:

Can you help with this? I looked in the ftp files, but was unable to locate the ow_core folder. Thanks. More

In the error logs, both, at the OW root and OW_cron, I get this error message:
"PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''<h1 class="ow_stdmargin ow_ic' (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in /home/evpadmin1/public_html/ox/ow_pluginfiles/base/lang_1.php on line 170"
None of the Notifications, are working.
