Hi, I am installing Oxwall software on godaddy hosting (I know its not best solution) and there with deluxe hosting I can only setup cron job to run every hour. Is that going to be a problem? Only solution that I can think of is to setup 10 cron jobs (thats max. on godaddy) to run every 5 min :) More

My host does not support running scheduled jobs every minute, once an hour is the maximum frequency. I haven't been able to find anything regarding what run.php actually does. What are the consequence of only running it once an hour? Cheers ...Brian More

… find a working example on the forum of how to configure cron jobs on GoDaddy's lynux cpanel shared hosting, here is how I managed to configure the cron job: /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/accountname/public_html/[full path to file] It worked for me and hope it works for those on similar server setup. More
