I updated everything the admin panel asked me to, the site still works. However, There are some issues like mobile phones only see a white screen with links and font with no CSS and the mobile section on the admin won't let me move anything or edit it. Just kinda glitches out. More

I updated everything correctly and everything works fine except the Desktop version:
1) Drag 'n' drop does not work, anywhere, in any way, with any subject, with the default theme either.
2) You can not delete users
3) Users can not point to events
4) Can not comment on the news
