So what the magic contents of a htaccess file to over ride the problem
of not being able to access other directories with other applications?

Its all to do with installing version 1.3.1 then doing a non compatible data import from wall.fm. This change the version back to 1.3.0. This caused an obvious problem with the upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2.
The solution of course is really simple and that is to have a upgrade from 1.3.0 to 1.3. … More

I am not able to access my website subdomains after I install oxwall on the root directory (public_html).

I used wall.fm and i am a newbie to oxwall, more to say ftp and everything. I copied all my files from my old host and put them all on HostforWeb.
The support people tried to hook up the database for me by had some problems.

I have created a single instance cloud server for my client.
It's felt that the site is very slow during some time(I guess due to people traffic).
Any tips or idea how to increase the speed? Amazon provides load balancing and auto scaling options. Any thoughts on this?

Get error message:"Oxwall can't connect to update server. Seems you need to enable `url_fopen` in your php settings." at top of admin panel.
Site and admin functions appear to be OK.
What am I not getting and how do I correct this?
