… i got to a blank screen but i can bypass this error if i manual install no big deal..

When someone joins my website, if they don't upload a photo it won't let them join. They don't get a default avatar. They just get this error message:The image in not valid.How can i fix this? Also, the Captcha is not working. How can i disable it?
