I have uploaded themes and non of them show up, when i re' upload the theme it says sorry theme is already uploaded. However it doesnt show anywhere.
Does any one know what in the world is going on??

I noticed in the change log of 1.8.2 that the minimum PHP version upscaled to PHP 5.5.
My server has PHP 5.4.45
Does that mean I now have to get my host to upgrade my PHP version on the server before I run the platform update? More
