If users of the site save their custom widget with HTML+Javascript content It always saves only HTML code without Javascript//So How Admin can enable Javascript for custom blocks/widgets?In which file on server side we can see these rights and restrictions to modify?

I updated to 1.5 and everything seems to be running ok except for the groups, when members try to join a group the error 500 appears, how can I fix this?
