How mane pics can user upload at once.
The problem is if your server limits you to max connection this is an issue case if your max_connections limit is 20 and user tries to upload more than 20 pics the site will crash...
Pluging needs to have an option for admin to set max pics upload at once.. More

remove users from a long email list for exampled "bounced" emails adresses that you have in a CSV format
